Kara Korhonen, MS, RD, LN, is the founder and creative director of Bite Size Video, LLC. During the course of her career as a professional nutrition counselor, she has worked with hundreds of expectant and post-delivery moms, children, and families. Kara earned her undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition and her master’s degree in International and Community Nutrition.
