Can you recall the last time you enjoyed yourself while meeting with a health care provider? Do you remember laughing while learning about a health topic? Neither could we, which is why we started Bite Size Video. Determined to make nutrition education fun and enlightening, Bite Size Video prides itself on adding a snappy punchline and catchy soundtrack to even the driest nutrition topic.

Kara Korhonen, MS, RD, LN, is the founder and owner of Bite Size Video, LLC. During the course of her career as a professional nutrition counselor, she has worked with hundreds of expectant and post-delivery moms.  Though she is able to address the nutritional concerns and dietary uncertainty women bring to her office, many soon-to-be mothers are unable to obtain the services of a registered dietitian.  To address this critical need, Kara decided to create an affordable, accessible, and entertaining DVD with the intention of encouraging healthier moms and babies.  Kara earned her undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition and her master’s degree in International and Community Nutrition.
